Arai Parts' core technology of "cold heading (forging) technology" is plastic working that applies force to metal materials (iron, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, brass, etc.) to form them into the desired shape.
Compared to machining methods that cut materials into the desired shape, it has the advantage of being able to mass produce at high speed.

Arai Parts owns multiple 9-station parts formers, which is the largest station number in Japan.
The 9-station parts former can perform 9 heading processes from cutting the coiled material to heading into the finished shape with one unit, and can forge difficult shapes.

We own a wide range of parts formers from 1 station to 9 station, enabling us to respond to all diverse needs of our customers.
All machines are equipped with various sensors and case stockers to save power and enable unmanned operation at night, making it possible to deliver products in a short period of time.

Difference depending on the number of station

The cold heading machine can process one heading per station.
Therefore, equipment with a large number of station can process more heading with one equipment, and more complicated shapes can be created.
Since we have a wide range of equipment, we can flexibly combine the equipment according to the shape of the product and process it efficiently.
